We want you to love your Timbuk2 bag, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original condition. Please note that customized bags are unique to you and are final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Pack Your Bag
Place your unused gear back into its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
